"What makes the Link Hotel so special: All of the staff are great people without exception and this includes maintenance and cleaning staff. Really, they are helpful, friendly and responsive to any issues you may have. Here is a case of 5 star staff in a 3 star hotel. Special mention to Harry, Emily, Denise, Monique, Romana, Steph. Joanna on cleaning and Mark + Ashley on maintenance. Oh, and yes, the rooms are clean and even though the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work in our room, everything else was great. One of the Best breakfast buffets we’ve encountered anywhere. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt."

"Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"It is very convenient for the M1 and easy to find and park. The hotel staff were great but I was ignored by a member of the bar staff once. Great for a one night stay and low cost."

"Huge Room in one of the suites at Ullesthorpe with sofa, couple of desks and large bathroom. Check in was very easy and accommodating. Large onsite car parking as attached to golf course. We did not use the leisure facilities but would have done if timing allowed. Breakfast wasn’t the best quality but the staff were very accommodating to assist and change items as required. Would recommend"
