The hotel is located in excellent location between Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna. The hotel front desk staff are polite, friendly, & helpful - especially Luca and Ahmed. The breakfast staff are friendly and kind - especially Paulo! Also Massimo was very kind and helpful. "It was so amazing! The manager/director Gusipeo ( I am sure I missed spelled his name)updated our room and we didn’t even ask for it. He greeted us every morning at Breakfast and gave us great site seeing ideas. "

"Positives: Great location ~ we could get to anywhere fairly easily. Lots of restaurants, bakeries & grocery stores on the same block. And the Staff was very friendly! We rented the 3-person Suite. Negatives: There were more stairs to our room than we thought there would be. We were traveling with someone with a walking disability, so that was somewhat inconvenient. The bath tub had a hand held shower head but no shower curtain which made it difficult to actually shower easily. "

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "
