"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Very good location, quiet neighbourhood. Spacious and clean. We had a trouble with the freezer, but staff was very quick answering. No24hrs parking in the area, next one is at least 6 minutes from the property."

"Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning."
