"The room was fine... nice view of the lake! However there were NO amenities!! Casino? Nope not here!! We have stayed here in the past, and enjoyed both the casino and the bar. Now the casino is a couple miles away, no shuttle service, and restaurant/bar closes at 9 p.m. If we would have known this before we booked, we would have stayed home! We payed good money to have nothing more than to watch TV in our room, which we could have done at home and saved hundreds of dollars! Oh well, happy anniversary to us!!! Lol... live and learn!"

"This was a shockingly bad experience. The door to the room was totally broken, and the desk staff totally knew and didn't care. The handle literally came off in my hand. The door frame was also rickety and we had to push a chair up against the door when we went to bed. Neiter of us slept well, unsure of our safety. Zero stars. I'd like a total refund."
