"The motel was very clean however our bed was too high and way too soft and room was way too warm for us we did turn temp down but it took a very long time to cool off also there was no dead bolt on the door. We are older so these thing were important to us. Would not have been a problem had we been much younger "

When we got there we were on the second floor, no elevator, and they refused to switch our rooms since we booked thru a 3rd party booking site. Not ADA compliant at all!!!"
