"L’hôtel était très propre. Très insatisfait pour la chambre réservé pour 4 adultes et un enfant pour une nuit, notre toilette était bloqué et ont nous as dis que la maintenance commençait seulement à midi le lendemain. Aucune effort pour nous donner une autre chambre et les lits étaient très inconfortable. Se sera notre dernière fois pour cet hitel"

"The room was not clean. There was dirt on the light switches and other high touch areas, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was dirt under the bed.The shower head needed replacing and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. Outside the side door, there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground."

"Le système d’ouverture de porte par carte ne fonctionnait pas, le papier peint était déchiré, le lavabo se vidait très lentement. La toilette était déboulonnée, les rideaux troués. Le crochet de serviette derrière la porte de salle de bain tenait à peine et je ne parle pas de la décoration digne des années 80. LE PIRE… le détecteur de fumée avait été retiré !!! "
