"Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me"

"When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. "The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was Turkish style and very good. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of hot water.
