"Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me"

"When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. Pool is nice, big parking also."

Odaların tasarımı, ışıklandırması ve genel estetik yaklaşım bizi çok memnun etti. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Akşam yemeği tarafını biraz zayıf bulduk; muhtemelen o dönemde sınırlı personelden kaynaklanan bir durumdu, standart bir servis sunulamadı. Bunun dışında hizmet güler yüzlü ve sıcak. Odada giderlerden hafif bir koku problemi...

"Best hotel in town. A peaceful retreat, on top of a hill, with great views and beautiful surroundings. Well appointed large room, with comfortable bed, linens and towels. Food in restaurant is delicious and beautifully presented. Hosts are welcoming and accomodating. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Hyggelig velkomst. Leiligheten var kald ved ankomst, men neste dag og påfølgende dag var det mer enn varmt nok. Det var ikke mulig å låse terrassedøra, noe som føltes utrygt. Mye støy fra omgivelsene, men heldigvis forholdsvis stille på den sida der soverommet var. Kjøkken, men ikke noe kjøkkenutstyr, bortsett fra vannkoker, to pappkopper og to rørepinner. Forventer de at gjestene har med seg sitt eget kjøkkenutstyr?"

"Hotel ist vernachlässigt. Die Zimmer sind leider veraltet. Die Heizung war zeitweise aus, sodass es kalt war. Badezimner dreckig, Personal war nett. Frühstückteller vorgefertigt eintönig. Nur Tee und Wasser, kein Kaffee etc... Preis Leistung ungenügend, Abzocke"

"The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was Turkish style and very good. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of hot water. There is a very serious dog problem with packs of more than ten dogs and is a safety issue particularly if...
