"A very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. You need to stay a couple of nights to take advantage of all of them. A very nice restaurant and an excellent staff. "

"Excellent location. Nice comfortable room (#19). However the beds are really low height. Kind of strange, but comfortable. Recommended overall. "

"Great stay. Really good service."

"It was excellent time, with good staff service."

"Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! "

"Checkinde kredi kartî calsmadı, merkeze uzak, calsanlar ingilizce bilmiyor, şarj cihazım otelde unttum arayıp iade etmediler, oda temizligi 4 gunde 1 sefer yapıldı.otel karanlk ..kesjnlikle tavsiye etmem"

"They gave away my reserved room. "

"Quiet, clean restful hotel, amazing staff and people just going about their daily lives, making the best of difficult times. Amazing people, amazing city, do peremokha, Slava Ukraini! VISIT KHARKIV wonderful hero city!"

"Please note that Google Maps shows the wrong address of this place. It will take you to Sumska 52 and not 53! These have 7 min walk in between. You need to Google for Vodafone Sumska 53 if you want to find the place. This place will not let you in after 20.00 even if you agree beforehand! They said yes no problem, then it turned out it was a problem when I arrived in the Airport. They do not speak English and do not know how to communicate, not even hotels.com could reach them. So please do not...

"Hotel is good but surrounding is not, dark at night, walk to center is 20+ minutes uphill"

"Professional stuff made stay pleasant and comfortable. "

"TEK KELİME İLE MÜKEMMEL TEŞEKKÜR EDERİM "
