"Wir hatten 2 Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden aufgrund eines nicht nachvollziehbaren Computerfehlers downgegradet auf ein kleines Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsflur und einem Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer.
Da nichts anderes vorhanden war und wir eine lange Fahrt hinter uns hatten, nahmen wir die Zimmer in unserer Not. Bei der Abreise wurde versucht erneut per Kreditkarte die Hotelkosten nochmals zu kassieren, selbst als wir den Kostenbeleg über die erfolgte Zahlung nochmal...
