"Staff: very friendly. Airport shuttle: leaves the hotel at the top of every hour. We had to wait a while for other passengers when we arrived at the international airport for pick up but I didn't mind. On departure though, there were too many guests for the 7am aiport shuttle run, it took three vans to get everyone at the airport on time. Had frequent blackouts during my stay in POM but the back up generator kicks in within a few seconds of the blackout. Was in the lift during one of those blackouts. Lucky all went well and back up generator kicked in right on time. Loved the fruit selection at the complimentary buffet breakfast and the stir fried veges with fried noodles. There is a modest variety of cereals, milk and coffee. I tried to walk the stairs for exercise but it seems the ground floor door is locked so had to go all the way to the basement parking to exit. The gym at the nearby Holiday Inn is well equiped with a studio, squash court, and decent dumbells, plates, bars, kettle bells and basic equipment. On the whole 8/10"
