"Excellent boutique hotel with reasonable price. We felt the hotel was considered cleanness, and ecology and introducing traditional local denim and makes comfortable with well organized settings The staffs are friendly. The hotdog and drink provided as a breakfast was surprisingly tasty. There is a bathroom in the room but wearing a denim yukata and jacket with zori sandal and taking the onsen was additional fun. "

"Fabulous hotel. Think it had only just re-opened post a change of ownership and total refurbishment so was spotless. Rooms were very large for Japan with amazing views across the harbour to the sea. Lots of very helpful staff. Lovely rooftop bar (they gave us a voucher for a free drink when we checked in!) and breakfast was very tasty although traditional Japanese i.e. rice, miso, vegetables and rice. Walkable down to the town/harbour but it's a quite a big hill / lots of steps coming back! "

"The place is OLD, in poor conditions, stuck in 1970s badly in need of a renovation to bring it up to today' standards. Do not stay there unless you had to like I did - emergency! "
