"Check-in Tetesa was wonderful.She was informative friendly and helpful. When we had a couple of issues she personally addressed them.The best of her ability. Gave us some helpful tips. The amenities are top shelf.The meals are awesome plentiful. The adults Enjoy the drinks and coffee The bartender was wonderful too. Very close to the city museum and the zoo and the union station. Setting was very comfortable. Rooms quiet. Would stay here again and recommended for all ages. It does have a cool and hot tub and workout rooms."

"The valet and front desk staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful, really created a welcoming environment. The overnight parking is a little pricey, but they took good care of our car and offered a speedy retrieval when needed. Parking in the area is limited, and while there is some street parking, wasn’t sure it was secure enough for an overnight. The hotel amenities were wonderful. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, along with a really nice gym. All facilities were really clean. Be sure to check out the art galleries on the second floor. The gallery space was some of the best we’ve seen at a 21c Hotel. Free bottled water with easy refill stations was a plus. Our one critique was that our room carpet and bathroom floor could’ve used a better cleaning, and the rooms are showing some wear and tear. Not horrible, but we stayed here about two years ago for the first time, and the room was extremely clean and well cared for. Hopefully, they’ll pay better attention to this because it’s a nice hotel in a cool building and it would be a shame to let it fall into disrepair. "

"Staff are all excellent. Very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was great- lots of options especially liked the make your own omelette station. Parking was convenient and easy. Location was good and is in walking distance of several restaurant options. Aside from the modern bathroom, which had electronic shower controls on the wall to set temperature and adjust shower head, the rest of the room was pretty standard and could have used a bit more attention. The floor was sticky and the lock on the door was loose which was promptly fixed when they were made aware of the issue. Staff really make the place standout. Overall it was an okay hotel and an affordable option for the area. "
