I have 2 complaint, they always put the gratuity on the bill without telling you even though they say is your choice when you tell them and they can remove it, if you don’t realize you tip on the top of tip. Second they offer a free shuttle to ferry, I think is a plus but they send me to the wrong ferry and I missed mine that I had paid already so I had to buy another ticket and we were 4 people. "
