"Overall hotel is great, very clean and as shown on photos. However the service from staff was not amazing, check in took a little over 30min, as they require all guest to check in individually with passports or photo ID. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms, double beds, for a group of 6, 3 staying in each room. Once at the hotel, I attempted to check into the rooms which were both under my name, however the staff did not allow me as the others were not at the hotel with me for check in. Once all 6...

"El señor que ayuda a llevar el equipaje a las habitaciones tendría que ser el encargado de recibir a las personas y hacer el registro ya que es una persona tan amable y se gana el respeto de cualquiera,al contrario de las séñoras que nos recibieron, ellas parece que son las dueñas del hotel,falta de amabilidad,carisma o buen trato a las personas, No me volvería a quedar en ese lugar por eso. Decepcionante el ambiente, personas con falta de cultura que se creen ricos por trabajar o hospedarse ahí...
