We arrived late and were greeted with a friendly welcome. We also had to leave early in the morning and staff made the check in an out process quick and easy. The beds were a welcome comfort after a long flight.

We have use this hotel for year and we always choose to stay at the back on the 300 block as is the quietest. Staff is always very helpful, is clean and have a great location for airport stops. Breakfast is very accommodating, they go the extra mile every time. I have never been disappointed. Happy loyal costumer.

Good: Located in an upscale shopping area with good access to a major shopping mall. Taxis available any time you need, and lots of food/entertainment options. Staff is extremely friendly and makes a point of getting to know you and greet you each time you see them. Rooms are done to a decently high standard and the kitchen is great. Morning breakfast is solid. The less good: the pool is nothing to write home about; in the afternoon it doesn't get as much direct sun, and is in a very windy...

I visit with business annually but always remembered and welcomed by all staff . Rooms / chalets are perfect to experience rural CR and local … gardens impeccable. Food and dining is great … shame could not stay longer and I look forward to returning soon.

Location is stunning in front of the National Stadium. We came over from the UK for an Iron Maiden concert. Rooms very nice, comfortable and clean. Lovely pool at the top of the hotel. Bar prices very expensive.
