"The gentleman in the lobby was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in it which was really nice. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggage with us at the time. We brought our puppy with us, and there was a lot of traffic outside of the room up and down the stairs, which made it a little difficult to keep her quiet but after dark, it slowed down and all was good. "

"We chose the Comfort Suites in Jackson based on the excellent reviews on Hotels.com, and we found them to be accurate. It was our last stop on a weeklong road trip through the Southeast on our way back home to Northwest Arkansas. Along with being a great value, the property was conveniently located, clean, quiet and inviting. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a full-sized sofa, and a large TV. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only critique is that the sitting area lacked a coffee table, but that didn't negatively impact our experience. We didn't have breakfast, but they did offer a full spread. We also noticed that they hosted a free happy hour with a two-drink allotment per person, which we thought was a nice touch. It was our first time staying at a Comfort Suites, and we would definitely return."

"Very welcoming, efficient, and pleasant front-desk staff on check-in...was grateful for a non-adjoining room in a quiet area away from wedding party groups, touring groups, etc. I was sad that at 9 am the oatmeal had already run out."

"My crew thought the property was great and spacious for our needs. We only had one concern, the pullout bed didn’t come with a blanket, it did have a sheet and there were plenty of pillows to share. We will stay here twice a month for business. "
