"The biggest issue was safety and security as the door didn’t lock. We had to move our luggage to our son’s room when we went out for dinner. The manager came when we came back but I’m absolutely sure this was known issue. We would like a refund for one of the rooms. When we left this morning nobody was on reception to complain to. The bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen, but lots of the surfaces in the bedroom were very dusty, and although I brought it to the attention of housekeeping it wasn’t really resolved."
