"Great pool and rhum bar free access Bed is very confortable Lots of amenities and only 5min ride to the beautiful malendu beach. Though, it was raining that night so we were annoyed by the sound of the rain hitting the roof. "

"La maison est magnifique mais ni le numero donné par le propriétaire, ni le nom de l'hébergement ne sont visibles à l'entrée. Il faut donc appeler pour être guidé et accueilli. Il y a 4 chiens, dont 1 qui aboie en permanence. L'eau de la piscine était trouble, nous n'en avons pas profité. Nous n'avons vu personne lors de notre sejour, sauf la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui ne parlait pas français. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. "We were happy to have had stayed at Hotel Tropical! We stayed in a room with private bathroom and had access to a communal living room and kitchen. The kitchen had a filtered water source which we appreciated. The porch was a lovely spot to have morning coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. "Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and efficient - they made do with whatever they had or...

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. We will not return or advise friends to visit Fleur d'Epee."
