Great service, lovely staff and very nice food. The flame and tide restaurant and aqua restaurant are fantastic. Rooms are refurbished and are very high quality. The grounds are also lovely. Entertainment at night is low key but very good. Our son loved the kids club eh oh was excellent.

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. Beautiful resort on the best stretch of beach in Mauritius - incredible views and sunsets each evening. To begin with the journey from the airport to the hotel will take approx 45minutes and will cost 2000 MUR (about £40) in a taxi or 2100 MUR for airport transfer. We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Mauritius. The hotel's about an hour's walk from the town of Flic en Flac, but there are always plenty of taxis outside the hotel that will take you there.
