"A great stay. It would have been a 5 star review expect the water pressure in our shower was very low. The beds were also exceptionally firm - I like a firm mattress but this was another level that left our hips and shoulders hurting after a night of sleep. Great location though, lovely staff, beautiful lobby and a nice stay. "

"Lovely hotel in Jewish quarter of Budapest. Great breakfast choices and lovely clean comfortable bed. We were given an upgrade so slightly bigger room and complimentary macaroon platter which was nice. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has had some renovations but still a bit dated, which is fine by me just some pictures don’t represent that well but the room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of selection. The only downside was we were not informed that the hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend prior to arrival or upon arrival. Overall great stay! "

"Had an issue with the booking to begin with in which the manager helped excellently and ensured we were prioritised and happy with their changes, would recommend to anyone staying here as it is in a great location and the place is lovely, also the staff are all very friendly and helpful - like their manager!"
