However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. "Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak."

"I can’t recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi!
