When we got a hold of someone on the phone and finally got into our room, it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen (stains and shaved hair absolutely covering the bathroom sink, dirty underwear on the floor, dirty dishes in the kitchen, etc). When we called the desk, they moved us into a room that was basically in an active parking lot on the ground floor, so we couldn’t...
