"I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"Challenging to find, but worth it! Located within the UNESCO Site! Parking is very limited, but the host/owner took care of everything. Quiet and non-smoking (which is difficult to find in Mostar)."

"The breakfast is adequate. The room is clean, staff helpful, and air conditioning and water heater works. The mini-refrigerator came in handy. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Town within walking distance of the Old Stone Bridge and Crooked Bridge. This hotel is highly recommended, and if I return to Mostar, I will stay at this hotel."

"The lighting in the room was really dark and poor. The mattress and pillows were also far more uncomfortable than normal hotel standards, we were also given two single blankets for the double bed instead one large one. One of the lamps was also slightly breaking away from the wall. All that being said, staff were very good and helpful when called upon and the location is perfect for exploring the old city."
