"Everything was good, and breakfast was included. To reach the hotel from the transfer terminal, it’s a quick 5-10 minute walk—just follow the signs (clearer ones would be nice). Need to pass through security again to the hotel."

The location is ideal, right on Bole’s main avenue, close to all key attractions, and the rates are very fair considering the hotel’s high standard. " My wife and I stayed at Haile Grand for about 15 days after our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our booking included breakfast, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful the dining options were—especially for vegan and vegetarian guests. Even when certain items weren’t listed on the menu, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and ensure we were satisfied. The cleanliness and sanitation across the entire resort were outstanding. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily without fail, and always stocked with Haile protein bars for two and bottled water. We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport at guests’ preferred times, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at Haile Grand was exceptional. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great service"
