The room was very comfortable and the breakfast by Ismail was varied and tasty. The hotel also arranges camel and quad bikes for the lowest prices we could find so we didn’t haggle. Its best to book these activities though the hotel for a hassle free experience as these activities are next to the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay. "

"There is no air conditioning and charger is only USB charge in room. Some room you can not locked and door stay open all night. Felt unsafe while sleeping due to unable to close my door. "

"We hung around a pool all day, took a sunset camel ride to a secluded desert camp, had a beautiful dinner and show, slept under the stars, then went sandboarding in the morning- a wonderful time. Only downside was the 114F heat, which made it a bit hot to sleep in the tent. Well worth the trip to Merzouga."

"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We...
