"The rooms were clean however the check-in process was a little tedious, especially after traveling. Seems like they would make it a little bit easier.. and the staff seems to be impatient with older people since they are all young. I was having an issue with the check-in process on their little device and they just seem to be a little impatient with me as the gentleman grabbed it and said here let me do it so that didn’t sit well with me, but otherwise, it was just an OK stay"

"I was skeptical about the property when i booked it. Now after staying for four days and three nights, I can say it’s a great property. Very big. Rooms are decent. We had the mountain side view which was awesome as i could see Lauterbrunen valley from the big room balcony. Though bathrooms were not big, I was not small either. The breakfast served was awesome with great views and very big. I liked their coffee machine. They have a big restaurant witch has an internal access and is always well occupied. "

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "The breakfast was great, but I was disappointed that the gym was closed. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The view from the room was stunning. It's a 3-4 minute walk to the train station Ost, very convenient."
