"The staff was pleasant, but the room I received was outdated door was broke and the jacuzzi was dirt sink was leaking. When they changed the room it was no better. The food wasn’t seasoned only good food was at the kitchen buffet"

"The buffet staff and housekeeping team were excellent and provided great service throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with check-in and check-out was frustrating. If you have an early flight, be aware that delays during check-out could put you at risk of missing it. We stayed in Building 8, which appeared to be in need of maintenance and updates. From what we observed, Buildings 1–4 seemed to be in better condition. The resort seemed much more focused on upselling services than on guest satisfaction. Unless you’re a Prestige member, expect additional charges for many amenities and services. Overall, the experience felt geared toward Prestige members, with non-members receiving significantly fewer benefits. The food was decent but nothing exceptional. If you have any complaints, they likely won’t get resolved unless you ask for people’s names and take pictures of both the staff involved and the issue. Good luck!!!"

"Excelente servicio, al igual que el personal. Nuestro mayordomo Hector Matos fue sin dudas el mejor,estuvo atento a nosotros, nos hizo reservas de restaurantes, trato amable. Este hotel debe mantener el área de la barra del lazy river mas limpio, tiene un area, esquina izquierda de la barra muy sucia. Otro asuntio a mi entender es la animación, muy muy pobre, en nuestra estancia solo dos bailarines y el jefe o maestro de ceremonia. Necesita mejorar esa área, ya que otros hoteles visitados cuentan con mejor animacion por mucho. Por lo demas todo excelente"
