"After a 3 hour flight delay and 4 hours of travel, we arrived around 11:00 El Salvador time. Shuttle driver arrived promptly after we called and even stopped by a quick dine restaurant so we could get some good food. Staff was polite and accommodating. AC was good. Shower wasn't cold. Breakfast was delicious."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing, very friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had amazing stay, the room was huge with an excellent views of the mountains, mall and restaurants. Comfortable beds and what I like we arrived at 8am and was able to check in early for a small fee. Walking distance to restaurants and the mall. Will definitely recommend staying again. Dinning room staff were great. "

"Great customer service, great location, beds, sheets, pillows are so so comfortable. I didn't give them 5 stars because they don't have a swimming pool that is need in El Salvador's weather is a must in my opinion..ac works so good tho."
