"The hotel is a no-no for the fees collected. The Executive room lacked basic amenities. No warm water, non functional taps, no towels were provided, just two TV channels to watch, poor lighting, mosquitoes in room. It was one hell of night. Breakfast included in booking was denied. A token of N2k discounted from the cost though after much complaints. Never coming back to this hotel!"

"I was informed they have no idea of any online booking on Hotels.com. Was refused. The road was impassable. The front desk staff was terrible, eventually we begged for a room at N15,000 a night just to rest. No water no electricity. We requested assistance for our bags and was refused that they don’t help to carry bags. We stayed for 2 hours and left. The worst hotel experience of my life. Noone should book them because they will refuse your booking. They claim they don’t do or have affirmations...
