"Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel.
The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour.
We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat.
By then, unfortunately we had to stay as we could not double up on our budget.

"The owner is one of the most professional people I have ever met. Right after I made the reservation with Expedia, he reached out to me. He helped with everything.
