"We took the "Hibernating" sign off our door when we left at 10:50am. When we returned at 9:30 pm our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and were told that there was nothing they could do for us. The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls paper thin, and the trains were nonstop throughout each night sleep was impossible. I will never stay yhere again."
