"Everything was great except on check out there was no one at the front desk. I thought this kind of strange. I gave my room key to a member of the housekeeping staff who was outside on a smoke break. "

"We were there for a family reunion and it was all around the best place to stay!! At one time we had nowhere to gather so we were able to gather in the breakfast dining area in the evening! Staff are great, breakfasts superb and walking distance from HyVee was 5 minutes! Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Very happy with our stay there and will come back!! Thank you!! "

"Our family stays at this hotel twice a year. It is always clean, comfortable and breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. This trip, there were 2 bus loads of teenagers staying over and the manager never lost her smile. We have tried other hotels in the area over the years just for a change of scenery but we stopped. None measure up to Oak Hill and the service they provide. We look forward to going back!"

"The temple Hotel Nauvoo was so pretty. I loved it and enjoyed staying there. We were on the 3rd floor. No elevator, but we survived. We got excercise going up and down the stairs. I felt like i had walked back into time. The furniture was similar to the style of the 1800s "
