Lovely countryside hotel north of Bydgoszcz

Clean room, nice breakfast

The room was clean and well presented. Staff friendly and helpful. Good on-site parking. In the warmer weather the amenities will be excellent. Traditional Polish food served.

Nice hotel, friendly welcome and I was allowed to check-in a little early which was really helpful. Room was clean and well stocked, with the temperature being appropriate. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the centre of the city, but there are trams nearby for those who don't fancy the walk. Wi-fi was fast and efficient, with free hot drinks at reception.

Outstanding apartments, couldn’t find fault with anything. Nicest apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in and the value is outstanding. Can’t wait to return

We stayed at the Mercure hotel Bydgoszcz for 5 nights and it was an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, the beds were really comfy and the location was spot on. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as we never had it, but I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for either business or leisure.

Slightly remote from Torun. Need a hire car. Shuttle service to town would be good.

I am 80 years old with considerable experience of hotels and taking all aspects into account this excellent hotel is one of the very best. Taking account of value, it is the very best. This is an amazingly well designed conversion from a traditional warehouse overlooking the river to a superb hotel with modern lift and very excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance to the City Centre. With the best staff you could imagine. I shall return.

Great location a short walk to the town center and good transport links

The first two nights were dreadful as the room overlooked a children's play area which was a meeting place for drunken loud youths until early hours of the morning. When we moved to a room at the front we were able to sleep and began to enjoy our stay. The staff are pleasant, very helpful and accommodating. The waitress at breakfast is particularly gracious. Rooms small but very cozy and modern. Great view from balcony. Clean. Amazing pool!!!!!! Just breakfast very disappointing. Not much choice. Service to slow. Second day nobody brought eggs and was no water in coffee machine.
