"It was an amazing stay. Breakfast was delicious "

"All was good."

"This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast....

"The hotel (Grapevine) per se is excellent with good staff. Since its a bit far away from places of worship, it is imperative that good rates are negotiated with local travel agents (1800 + taxes for 8 hr/80 km) is too high. Also an ATM within/closer to hotel premise would be great help. Also, request local municipal corporation to install more lights on roads. the Hotel as i said is excellent and no complains really on that front."

"朝食付きのプランで予約したのに朝食料金を請求された。部屋に飲料水やトイレットペーパーが置いてない。"

"The hotel was very clean and beautiful! Wonderful view of the Ganges river. The owners and staff are so sweet. They made amazing home made dishes, far more personal than a large hotel would. Highly recommend! "

"Although the property was descent, however the property didn't alloted room as per my booking which tantamounts to breach in trust."

"Would not recommend the pictures are misleading "
