"Very happy with my stay. Edward is a great host and Kellocks is a great place for a good value. I stayed on first floor in the new building overlooking the sea from my terrace. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had good water pressure. You get a water boiler, coffee, plates, and cutlery if you feel like enjoying your own breakfast, lunch or dinner with your own food brought back from Dalaguete night food market known as SeaWorld. "We stayed 3 nights on our trip. The room definetly need a bigger make over (no fridge, no TV, aercon was dripping water) and ceeling was moldy. Only the Reception pool was filled where the others seemed to be under renovation. The hotel staff however was super kind and tried their best (organisation of rental bike etc). Was feeling welcomed. We stayed most of the time outside, was not a resort to rest and relax. Overnight stay just ok."
