"Our experience was less than satisfactory. Room Preparedness: Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for our check-in, despite our reservation. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately. Facilities: The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat. "It is spacious, the staff is excellent, the location is fantastic, kitchen utensils are well-suited, the bed is comfortable, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing you need is to add the cleaning service and change of bed linen. But I DO recommend this place."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Movich Casa. The location is great! Walkable to the city center and main attractions. A shopping mall and supermarket 3 minutes away. The property is lovely. The breakfast served pretty tasty. The personnel very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so extremely nice! The service was so courteous. We parked a car in their garage and they couldn’t be more gracious. They accommodated our requests during breakfast and were so polite. I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast service and they made sure to pack me breakfast to take to the airport. The staff are warm and welcoming and would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone! The breakfast is also delicious! "

"very comfortable place. very clean. services available like nice hotel should have. No real complaints. When there are functions taking place it can be noisy but not late at night. Each room could use smart television and a comfortable chair but it is gracious and comfortable otherwise. The grounds are nice, pool is good.. "
