"The good: Room was clean enough and had good amenities (fridge is all we used but also has hair dryer, microwave, iron and ironing board). Breakfast was good consisting of eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, milk, juice and coffee. Staff were friendly and provided quick check in and check out. The not so good: The shower drains extremely slow so I stood in dirty, ankle deep water while taking a shower and had to go back wand pour multiple cups of water in the tub afterwards to get all the dirt down the drain. There was a TV, which is great (and to be expected) but I couldn’t change the channel so I was stuck with local news or nothing. It provided what I needed for one night (a bed to sleep in, and a shower) so I guess that’s what’s important for the price point."

"Property under Renovation. No first floor rooms. Lobby without carpet or furnishings. Pool closed front entrance was plywood. Signage changed to Spark from Auburn Place which caused confusion."

"The person as the front desk was very friendly, but it did not make up for how the place was taken care of. The towels, carpet, and bedspread was stained and the sink did not drain very well. It is a great location, but they really need to just do the basic things of keeping it clean."
