Staff had been understanding and handled my mistake so elegantly and professionally. It was embarrassing for me, while the hotel manager had handled the situation extremely well which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Personally i have never been more appreciated and welcomed. Would love to stay in touch and visit again."
