The room was clean and had stunning views, we also got to see monkeys and other animals around the property. Highly recommend this place! "We loved our stay in Luxury Standard Room 209 at Tulemar. We saw squirrel monkeys daily from our balcony, and toucans, sloths, scarlet macaws, leaf-cutter ants, frogs, bats, and iguanas on the grounds also. The private beach was never crowded, and we appreciated the complimentary umbrellas and chairs, as well as the ability to order food and drinks from Tule Cafe while on the beach. "Hotel is dated and in need of some repair and updating but doesn’t compromise cleanliness and comfort. We felt very safe and cared for at this hotel. The proximity to the park and beach was a plus for little kids and made things easy. The staff was incredibly kind.
