"Loudest hotel room I've ever experienced. From the neighbors' doors slamming, to the elephants walking around above and flushing their toilet, the A/C that sounded like we were on a boat, housekeeping slamming drawers and the guy in the connecting room hacking up a lung, it wasn't the quietest stay. We checked out a day early. Otherwise, breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Didn't change from day to day though. Getting a room with the bay view is totally worth it. A few restaurants are within walking distance. "

"Check In was painless and the staff even asked if I wanted to be a rewards member. I habe been coming to the Oyster Fest for 5 years and NOONE has ever asked me about rewards. The pillows are the best and so is the breakfast. We love this hotel "

"This hotel is always are go to stay when we are in Rockport. They serve a really good breakfast with many options. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with answering any questions you may have. They even have a small area to purchase snacks/food for when you don’t want to drive out to get fast food. Our room was nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot is also very well lit and I felt comfortable enough to leave our ice chest and folding chairs in the bed of our truck. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The walls and floors were dirty and there was hair on the supposedly “clean” towels. We booked for 2 nights and left after the first night. If we had’t been so tired, we wouldn’t have even stayed the first night! DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"It was only a one-night stay but it was perfect! I hadn't stayed in a Holiday Inn since being a child and traveling with my parents. There was no where else we could stay because we were coming in pretty late. I was shocked. Better than the last few BWs I have stayed in including the one near Lubbock that was way over priced for its value. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again or giving another Holiday Inn Express a try. "
