I resumed the search on the next morning, without result. The indicated address is confusing and there is no phone or email contact for the hotel. No one was able to help in finding the hotel. Anyway, by the approximate location it rather looks that it is actually fit for truck drivers than for business people as claimed in...

"It’s a nice quiet conveniently located place. However there is NO A/C, I would not recommend when it’s warm outside. Also there are no bug screens on the widows so mosquitos do get inside. I was fortunate the weather cooled off during my stay otherwise there is no way I’ve stayed there. There are much better options."
