"Clean hotel, nice room, friendly staff."

"This property is a bed and breakfast. Staff is only onsite during daytime hours. There is a restaurant with limited hours. Great place to use as a home base while out and about."

"Very nice Hotel"

"Chambre simple mais assez spacieuse. Literie correcte. Ambiance "vintage".La TV ne fonctionne pas très bien (problème de réception ?). Petit déjeuner convenable. Restauration basique style "routiers". "

"Agréable"

"Clean, beautifully decorated, secure parking, nice bed, central to town and close to the cathedral."

"Very nice hotel and very clean"

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. "Had a very good stay here."

"Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave. "Très bien accueilli par Flora, chambre propre et en plein centre de Lisieux parfait pour tout faire à pied !!!"

"Clean, beautiful, quiet, food was great."

"We only stayed one night however it was a perfect spot for us and our dog. Could not fault the room, reception or staff."

"It was a nice experience 😌"

"This is a very friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant "

"A truly 5 star experience, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Its a really fantastic experience staying at Chateau Hermival and we hope we can stay there again sometime..."

"For the price €103, it absolutely wasn't worth it. It is situated in the middle of nowhere. You have to arrange your breakfast yourself for the next morning. The only thing you get in the evening before, is a bag with bread and some marmelade. The fridge is hardly filled and you have to make your thea or coffee yourself. Besides the awfull smell in the sleepingroom it is an accomodation far beyond nowadays standards. We thought we had become in a horror movie of the worst kind."
