"I had a beautiful time on my first solo trip. The loft style room was just what I needed. I felt extremely safe, and even washed my clothes in the unit. I rented my gold cart directly from Sunset Caribe, which was perfect. Location is perfect as well. My commute to downtown and Secret Beach was about 15-20min."

"We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing. "

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant is fantastic, and the cabana I stayed in was awesome. Comfortable bed and hot water.
