"Such a unique property with so much to do."

"The staff went above and beyond to get us checked in. We booked through Hotels .com, tried to check in only to find out that the room was not paid for yet. After the staff at the Holiday Inn spent more than 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels .com I was finally able to check in. The other room that I booked through Holiday Inn went right on through. This was the sound time that I have had a problem with checking in with Hotels.com. "

"Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed. 10 minutes from Frankenmuth & 5 minutes from outlet mall. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Coffee in lobby all day was appreciated."
