We decided to spend the holidays in Riga this year as we gathered our family from the UK, KSA to be with our son in Riga were he is going to school. We were very pleased with the apartment as it allowed us to stay in a home environment for Christmas."

"Meget lækker lejlighed med alt hvad man skal bruge. God beliggenhed. "

"Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. "

"Nice area, walking to downtown, big rooms, with decent kitchen, no TV, shower very tight you can pass from hot to cold water just by moving accidentally with your elbow. There is a bad odor coming from the water pipes in all the building (old installations)."

"Nice place in a good location, very friendly service. Big enough for a family of four, accommodates in the extreme case even 8 people. The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Also night tables and reading lamps would be nice."

"The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible."

"Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. "I was very grateful for the absolute quiet of this hotel. Not a sound from outside my room - either other hotel sounds or from the street (it was a car-less interior pedestrian street. The only problem was the horrible cobblestone streets and poorly maintained sidewalks. Riga has a lot going for it, but municipal upkeep is not one of those things."

Lovely stay!

"A great stay at the hotel, staff were all great, one in particular was “trainee” on his name badge. Doing a fantastic job. Well done. Hotel is very modern, room very comfortable and roomy. Close to everything you need in Riga, a 5 min walk from the train station or buses to and from the airport. Walking distance to old town and some great food and drink places. "
