Auch hätte die Dame an der Rezeption erwähnen können, dass es dort oben auch einen separaten Parkplatz gibt und uns nicht Koffer und Taschen eine lange Treppe nach oben schleppen lassen. They made me pay twice at the check in, although I showed them my payment confirmation email and when I came back because of hotel.com debit on my account they pretended that everything was normal and it's only when I came back with proof of two payments that they admitted their mistaken and they didn't even apologize, they were acting like it was usual. "Late arrival was managed by the desk with no issue (even though they do not have 24h desk). Problem with payment - selected pay at the desk option - but the hotel took money directly from the deposit credit card (issues with reimbursement). All in all the hotel met the expectations. Room was on the river side. A bit noisy, but good view and fresh during summer."
