"Great location and very safe. Only vegetarian food (Fantastic). Some of the staff are new and kept coming back for review even after we just had coffee. Management makes them get 10 reviews a day. They do not think about the service before asking for the review. This was annoying, not an inconvenience. Sometimes the tables are close to food preps which made us request a change of seats. Otherwise, we would have had a very noisy dinner."

"The location was far from the city centre and we didn't have our own car so we had to pay extra money to the driver to pick up and drop off at the hotel every time. They had a mosquito problem in one of their guest toilets. Rooms were great, no problems here. The hotel was still under construction, not a probelm but good to know."

"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

The rooms has attractive traditional asthetics which has high appeal. The newly built wing has better room than the old wiing. The staft is supportive and gives service with smile. "One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!"
