"When we requested water and cleaning service, they either delayed or refused us. Sometimes the toilet was very clogged in our room. And the breakfast was not at the expected quality. Otherwise, the room itself was very nice and safe. The pool was excellent. I would request the staff to improve their service."

However, when we got there, they told us that double rooms are all booked and they gave us two single rooms instead.
