"A truly amazing place. The eco-lodge concept tied into old Dominican rural culture so well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. While the prizes for the boat ride to Bahia de las Aguilas needs to be worked on (some too pricey others just didn't make sense), the lodge is a great point to get to those other beautiful places in the area. My family and I spend a day on the bay and it was a total dream! Oh, there is a bonfire every night at 9:30pm which is so soothing."

"Amazing property, beautiful, nice, and clean, only negative was that there is not AC, other than that I love how clean it was. Another negative, the restaurant has a dish that I ordered for $800 pesos and the lady at the restaurant charged double the price for the tourist, I ended up paying almost $2,000 for the dish and one small beer. Keep an eye on your orders and if possible take a picture of the menu when you order. Or just go eat elsewhere. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel. "
