"It is a beautiful property. The amenities are great. I believe the only thing they need to improve on is the bed covers, they are very outdated. Almost as bad as a 2 or 3 star motel. A lot of things throughout the property and rooms have improve from the last time we were here. The coffee shop and the creeps shop are a great option at the malecon."

"I am very disappointed. Upon entering my room, I found dirty towels on the floor—something I reported at the front desk. Secondly, there is no telephone in the room; and finally, only one elevator is working, resulting in long wait times."

"The room was clean and the staff is helpful, we paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t warm up so we paid extra for no reason."

"Worst check in and check out ever . They ask for a cash deposit then they find anything in the room that is wrong if you did it or not to take from your deposit. There is no boat like in the photo . The jacuzzi on property where not even 80 degrees just over all a very bad place to stay i would rather pay you to stay somewhere else . Very scrappy place even maintenance on the place was very bad . Elevator felt like it was going to fall apart ."

"First of all the pool closes at 9pm even on wknds No fridge inside the room for your leftovers or keep your water cold. Ice is not free or provided in the property, they want you to purchase it. There’s no AC in the rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to puerto Nuevo restaurants 5 min walk !!! The view as well is amazing"
